LinkedIn Mentions / Tags Render as Raw IDs Instead of Clickable Mentions

New
Bug Report Fabian Sude Fabian Sude · 3 days ago

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the post composer in Mixpost and select a connected LinkedIn account (Personal Profile or Company Page).
  2. Type @ in the text editor to search and mention a LinkedIn user or company page.
  3. Select the target user/page from the dropdown and write the remaining post content.
  4. Schedule or immediately publish the post to LinkedIn.
  5. View the published post directly on LinkedIn.

Expected behavior

The mentioned person or company should appear as an active, clickable @mention link redirecting to their respective LinkedIn profile or page.

Actual behavior

The mention is not parsed correctly. Instead of a clickable tag, it displays as plain text containing raw identifiers/number sequences (e.g. raw URN strings or internal ID markup).

Please check whether this issue also affects mentions on other platforms (e.g., Facebook Pages, Instagram).

Environment

Mixpost Version: 7.0.4.0
PHP Version: 8.3.35
Laravel Version: 13.35.0
Horizon: 5.50.0.0
MySql: 8.0.32
Browser: Chrome
Channel / Network: LinkedIn (Personal Profile AND Company Page)
